Spam Filters in Cloud Hosting
Our cloud hosting servers use one of the best anti-spam filters available. It’s called SpamAssassin and is available with each web hosting plan, so if you host your domain names with our company, you can pick one of the five levels of security that the spam filter offers for any mailbox that you have here. You can do this with just two clicks of the mouse from the Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel that is used to manage all cloud web hosting accounts. SpamAssassin examines the header field and the content of each message, calculates a spam score and then proceeds in accordance with the level that you have chosen. Each mailbox can have a different setting and you can choose if the messages that the anti-spam filter reports as spam should be deleted or redirected to a different email account where you can read them later, so as to prevent deleting a genuine message. Switching to a different level or disabling the spam protection is also really easy.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you get a semi-dedicated server plan from our company and if you set up one or more mailboxes with any of the domains hosted in your account, you will be able to activate the advanced, five-level SpamAssassin spam filter that we offer and keep all unwanted email messages out of your mailbox. This option is accessible through the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and it can be activated or deactivated for any email account whenever you want. You can also configure the level of security with a few mouse clicks in case junk emails continue to appear in your mailbox or the email filter starts removing genuine emails. As you can choose whether the spam should be erased instantaneously or delivered to another email account, you can create firstname.lastname@example.org, for instance, and check all filtered messages there, so as to ensure that you will not omit an email message that you need. The messages that the filter permits to go through will still appear in your mailbox.
